But my path to becoming a coach wasn’t straightforward—it’s a journey shaped by personal challenges, transformation, and a deep desire to make a difference.
Growing up in a middle-class family in India, I always believed in living a life of purpose. After completing my graduation in hotel management, I explored various roles—from working with airlines to pursuing an MBA. I even joined an NGO, Teach for India, where I worked with underprivileged kids. While that gave me immense satisfaction, I eventually found myself back in corporate roles, struggling to feel fulfilled.
In time, the demanding corporate lifestyle started affecting my health. Anxiety, sleepless nights, acid reflux, and burnout became a regular part of my life. The turning point came in 2018 when I lost my job. Instead of rushing into the next role, I decided to pause, reflect, and figure out what I really wanted.
In 2019, my life changed when I discovered the Bhagavad Gita. Its teachings deeply resonated with me and inspired me to enroll in a yoga course. That experience not only healed me but gave me a clear vision: to help others overcome the same struggles I had faced.
Since 2019, I’ve been on a mission to bring balance and well-being to the lives of corporate professionals. I understand the challenges of navigating demanding careers while trying to maintain health and happiness. My goal is to make yoga and mindfulness practices simple, accessible, and practical for anyone—even those with the busiest schedules.
